These Terms & Conditions regulate the use of the website www.espaco-terra.com and any commercial transaction carried out through the online store between the Final Consumer (here in after referred to as “Customer”) and Espaço Terra, Lda. ( hereinafter referred to as “Espaço Terra”).

Espaço Terra will be the entity responsible for the sale on the website www.espaco-terra.com of articles from the different brands of its suppliers.



To place an order, the Customer must provide his user code and password, as well as the delivery data. When placing an order, the Customer assumes full acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as the Terms & Conditions, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.

Espaço Terra will honor orders received online only up to the limit of available stocks. In the event of product unavailability, Espaço Terra undertakes to inform the Customer about its replacement as soon as possible.

Espaço Terra reserves the right to refuse any order.

Failure to pay for the order within 48 hours after the date it was placed implies the automatic cancellation of the order.

In the event of cancellation of the order at the Client's discretion, Espaço Terra will proceed with the refund as soon as possible, within a maximum period of 14 working days.



Espaço Terra has billing partners that offer various payment methods, some of which are listed below, although more can be added or removed:

  • Paypal 
  • Direct debit 
  • Bank Transfer

Espaço Terra does not have access to the payment data of its Clients and will use all its efforts to guarantee the maximum confidentiality and security of the data transmitted over the internet.

The purchase invoice will be sent by email to the Customer.


Delivery of the order will be made to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. Costs and delivery times will be communicated to the Customer at the time of ordering.

Shipping costs correspond to a service provided by Espaço Terra or its distribution partners, which only aim to deliver this order from point A (Espaço Terra warehouse/headquarters) to point B (address indicated by the Customer).

To monitor an order in progress, the Customer may contact Espaço terra or the Customer Service of the corresponding distribution partners, when applicable. Before the order is dispatched, an email is sent to the Customer with the data to track your order.

If the Customer does not claim the order with the carrier, within the time allowed, and the order is returned to Espaço Terra, the Customer will have to bear the transportation costs of the new shipment.


Exchanges and Returns

Any product purchased at www.espaco-terra.com can be exchanged or refunded, and the Customer must contact Espaço Terra via email geral@espaco-terra.com or through their Customer Area. The exchange or return must be completed within 14 days.

Returned products must be in the same condition as they were delivered to the Customer, without any sign of use, and in their respective packaging.

If the final value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is greater than the initial value of the order, the Customer must pay the difference, using one of the available payment methods. If it is less than the initial amount, or in the event of a return, the Customer may request the refund of this amount by bank transfer to an account to be indicated.

Espaço Terra does not accept exchanges/returns of items of an intimate nature, nor items that have their original damaged packaging.

Items sent free of charge, in the form of gifts or bonuses, will not be refunded.

Banking and shipping costs associated with the return of products are borne, in full and exclusively, by the Customer. Espaço Terra reimburses the Client within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the item to be returned.

If the return is due to a logistical error by Espaço Terra, after contacting the Customer, Espaço Terra will collect the item, assuming the return charges, as well as the shipping costs for the correct product.

Returns will only be accepted when within the stipulated period and exchanges are subject to stock availability. Any exchange request that cannot be satisfied will automatically generate a return and consequent credit.

In case of unavailability of the product and/or out of stock, the Customer will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of his order with the right to a refund of the respective amount.


Defective Items 

In case of notorious anomaly of the received product, the item must be sent to Espaço Terra for analysis, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, contacting Espaço Terra via email geral@ space-earth.com.

Espaço Terra undertakes to carry out the collection at the address indicated by the Customer at no cost. After verification by the quality department, the answer is given to the Customer. This process may take up to 20 days. If the anomaly occurs, a new replacement product is sent. If there is no stock of the item initially ordered, the Customer may choose to exchange it for another item or obtain a refund of the value of the defective item. If the anomaly is not verified, the item is returned to the Customer against payment for the shipment.


Unshipped Products 

Except with prior notice, all products are shipped in the same order. In case the Customer receives an order with missing products, he has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to report the event.



Espaço Terra excludes all warranty and any responsibility for inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet network, in particular, a disruption of service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any case of force majeure classified by the jurisprudence of the courts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.


Personal Data Processing

The Customer authorizes Espaço Terra to automatically process the personal data provided by the purchase order, in particular, through the use of cookies. In case the password is lost or forgotten, the customer can start the password recovery process in the “Recover Password” section.


Newsletter Espaço Terra

The name Espaço Terra Newsletter is given to e-mailings with promotions, offers and information, sent directly to the Customer's inbox. To receive the Newsletter, the Client must subscribe to it on the website www.espaco-terra.com.


Full Agreement

These conditions of sale constitute the entire agreement between the aforementioned parties.

In the event that one of the clauses of this contract is declared null and void, due to a legislative, normative or sentence change, it will not lose its validity, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions is mandatory.

Espaço Terra reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.


Conservation and Archiving of Transactions

The filing of orders and invoices will be carried out on a reliable support to correspond to a faithful and lasting copy.


Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The terms of this contract are subject to Portuguese law. The attribution of jurisdiction in case of litigation, and the lack of an amicable agreement between the parties will be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal, despite the plurality of defendants and/or whatever the type of proceedings.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer, under Law No. 144/2015, may also resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity: CNIACC – National Center for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Disputes (www.arbitragemdeconsumo). org).
